Halfway through summer, I met with GND Cheryl at the storefront to order my deck and stairs to get river access from my backyard - high up from the river. Being the least techno handy person I know, the terminology and structure talk was lost on me but I knew what I wanted and Cheryl arranged for me to meet with Sam to draw up plans and an estimate. It took months to come up with a doable plan, the parts, the assembly, and the adjustments needed to get it the way I wanted but in the end, I love it. Everyone at GND involved in the design and installation phases had the knowledge and experience to patiently explain the pros and cons of various options. I was included in all the discussions as we worked through adjusting the design and I was impressed with the creativity of Sam and Seth and the gang at how to maneuver the aluminum parts to get what I wanted. I highly recommend them.

First rate product and business... special shout out to LC. I think of this as more of a 4 step staircase rather than a ladder..!! The 20’ offset works like a charm. I bought it for a raft at our Georgian Bay cottage. Ages 7 to 70 use it effortlessly. Flipping the ‘staircase’ onto the raft deck during heavier weather allows the raft to ride better. Easy to assemble, robust construction ... all in all completely satisfied. Thanks to GND from the GWN... aka... We The North ...!!!
