Great service from the start! Very quick and easy process. From the beginning I felt welcomed and heard and it continued throughout my entire experience in purchasing a car. Ide have to say this experience was about as perfect as could be ! Shaun Robinson , (My Mazda Guru) was an absolute delight! He was extremely knowledgeable, personable and just an all arround delight to work with ! He and his team went out of there way to make sure we were comfortable the entire time ! From making sure we were hydrated to tending to the amount of time allotted to him do to my buisy work schedule , He made my best friend and myself feel welcomed and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my new car and all of the many settings and features it contained! Yes, they do with some qualifying factors. Our used vehicle “limited lifetime warranty” is quite robust. Other than exotic vehicles, the original vehicle in-service date must not exceed 7 years, and current mileage must not be greater than 75,000 at the time of delivery. Exotic vehicles do not qualify. Vehicles that do qualify for the “Goodwin limited lifetime warranty” receive a lifetime, no-mileage-limit warranty that covers the cost of parts and servicing for the engine and transmission provided that all repairs are authorized and performed at a location owned by Goodwin Motor Group. This agreement covers only the original purchaser and is void should the vehicle be traded or sold. Limitations and rules do apply, see our website for a full explanation.

You don’t HAVE to test drive a new or used vehicle of interest, but it behooves you to do so. There are a lot of factors about a vehicle that can be assessed with even a quick test drive. Themes like comfort, utility, handling, functionality, tech features, blind spots, and the general driving experience can all be learned in a test drive.
No. State of Maine law prohibits dealerships from being open on Sundays.
Shipping involves the use of a flat-bed truck and often, moving the vehicle across single or multiple state lines. Delivery means a member of the dealership is tasked with driving the vehicle to a requested destination. Delivery is offered for in-state purchases only (with few exceptions that are worked out on a case by case basis with the dealership).

The age of the vehicle, the total mileage, the condition of the vehicle, etc. In order to give a customer the most accurate assessment, the customer will need to allow our sales manager to appraise the vehicle in person.
