Great customer service, make sure to consistently check in and call me to make sure I still wanted my auction unit and was even patient and willing enough to stay 15 or 20 minutes after the gate was to lock.

I did love it until I got my stuff out and lots was damaged from water damage....the walls get moist and roof drips on items in storage regardless if you have moisture absorber thing.. I tried to call back to store and never got a call back. Hours on gate not correct. I rented uhaul to move once gate was locked during hours no-one would tell me why or open gate. 128.00 wasted then 4 days later got a call saying someone crashed into gate and sorry. Wow well good thing they don't do child care..... Go a few miles further keep your belongings safe from unnecessary damage.

For the past 6.5 years we've rented a unit here. The service has always been amazing. Recently, we were back for a short visit (we live abroad) and need to downsize our space. Sam and the team made it a super easy process. This made what could have a been a stressful time much more relaxed. They really do go above and beyond.

Best prices in town. The manager is a very cordial young guy who has his hobbies of collecting old motorcycles and scooters right on site in his own storage unit. Very secure place; I've had no problems at all.
