Where do I begin...rooms, rooms are not as described on website, a real dive! Managers that run the place, they clearly do not care about their guests. I had an issue, Internet wasn’t working. Couple that run the motel, spoke with guy manager, he was rude and sounded drunk, slurred speech. So, I couldn’t send an important doc that I needed to. Come to find out, another guest communicated..managers son lives at motel, he has Ethernet for his connection, but others do not. Special privileges I guess are only for family. Parking at motel is horrible, overall, I would give a minus star if I could. Needs new management. I will not be staying again. Ran down dump with drunk manager. Lady manager did seem nice, but lied about Internet, saying it was great...so yeah, minus review!

First off the pictures are nothing like the hotel actually is. The place is run like an apartment complex with "long term" guest. The window in the smaller room had no cover so the world could see in. The person next door had a loud dog and was really noisy, the hotel did nothing about this. There were stains all over the carpet, so bad that I, for my own safety, slept in a sleeping bag and used my pillow. If you want to make a hotel without profitable business and good reviews, fix the hotel, and dont let drug addicts wander around at 2am. Until they fix it, dont stay!!!

I stayed one night here, just my daughter and I. Was happy all around with the amenities and pleasant staff. The real kicker though was when, about a day and a half later, I realized I had lost my glasses. They shipped it to me at no charge. EXCELLENT service

Do not go to the Parkside! The cigarette/pet odor was overwhelming and the restroom smelt like urine! Only one light bulb worked out of the three that were in there. The free HBO that was advertised was nonfunctional not one channel worked, they must of forgot to pay the bill. The heater was nonfunctional and it was cold. I'm glad my wife brought some blankets with us on our road trip because there was no way I could let my family use the blankets that were provided. I stopped here because it was the first one that we came to in town and I was extremely sleepy. The place is extremely outdated and flat out dirty! I'm not one to complain at all in fact this is the only review I've ever done. Do your family a favor and get another room!! Ps. The staff were great and very welcoming but I guess that is the only good I can say about the place. One star was the lowest I could rate this but I guess the star is for the service lol.
