Bought our first new camper! Our sales person Kyla was terrific. Two months later and she is still checking in and helping us out. She is very genuine. The only reason I am rating a 4 instead of 5 is because check out was a little bumpy. But... When we brought the camper back for service Brett was also terrific! Very knowledgeable and helpful.

This low review is because of service. We purchased a motorhome in October, along with a $6000 service plan. We have not had any success with this particular dealership, nor the use of our $6000 plan. It's nice to see that Jed, the service manager, was able to help some other customer, for free, a month ago, but we are stuck in our kid's driveway because we can't get our slide in. We were told by Jed that the plan does not cover the $150 charge to come out to our property 17 miles away, and Audrey told us that the earliest time they could come out is a month from now. This does not help. Long story short...if you bought the plan...find someone else to fix your RV. And if you haven't bought the plan, don't. Get the Good Sam Roadside Assistance plan instead.

We bought a new class c from another dealer down south and brought it back to New Hampshire and we had some issues to fix. Jed took the time to come over to our house and explain the things that the selling dealer did not. Very pleasant to deal with and didn't charge for the trip. We are very grateful to Camper World Chichester for caring that we were happy with our new camper.

Had a wonderful experience with our sales person Steve Casto. Knowledgeable and very patient while we found the perfect camper!!! The whole staff was great and thorough during the buying process. Matt answered all and any questions during the signing and it was great. We got the perfect camper for us and couldn’t be happier!!!

Yes we do. There are many options for fifth wheel floor plans.
Micheal, many RV's are not rated or designed for full time living. Of course i do not know your situation, but having had 5 different RVs i have got some experience. Spring, summer, and fall you are pretty much okay but once into the winter, keeping one of these heated and free of damage during the winter is a completely different matter. I would be happy to get into specific details with you if you wish.
Bought a trailer there had it delivered the replaced the bathroom door never put a knob on it, called there left messages all week no return calls the kitchen sink was never resealed, there is a hole in the awning and they never cleaned the trailer prior to delivery we found socks under top bunk mattress, toys under the kitchen bench.. Getting frustrated and calling a lawyer is the next step
I Have no idea. I'm no longer a fan of CW
I'm sorry, you would have to call parts department. I only visited while in town.
What ever you can sell it for.
Yes, the slide motor is DC. As long as the battery or batteries are charged you should be alset.
We do not, the closet dump station is at the Concord water department
You'd have to ask the dealership. This page is for reviews and general information. Camping world does not answer questions here.
Yes, a bit hard to come by but they do have a few Keystone models. Kitchen is more or less in the middle, bedroom in back and living room up front.
There are 2 centers in NH the Conway shop does a lot of repairs.
