Great place it's acutely quiet for its location. Nice small rv park with great staff and residents.

I would only stay here in an absolute emergency. My father suffered a medical emergency and had to be flown to Portland. Truck and trailer was left here, space paid, while my mother arranged transport while at the hospital. The manager ended up calling my mother and demanding the truck and trailer be removed by 5pm or they would tow it. Fortunately my brother in law was able to make the 250mile drive to get it before they towed it. The park sighted liability, park must not be safe to leave unoccupied vehicles, was unoccupied for less than 24hrs. Either this or management has no sympathy. Keep this in mind before staying here.

This place is the best. Super clean and quiet, some I5 road noise but not a deal killer. The staff are super friendly and helpful with any questions. The problem is getting a spot. 😁 and that is because of how nice the place is. We have been many times and will continue to visit while we are passing through.

Looks like a very nice RV park! They do have dry camping spots but, will only rent them once the park is full. Being fully self contained, all I needed was safe place to park...just didn't want to pay 42$ for a full hookup site.

There is currently no dump station being offered. However, with a little time, patience, and research, you might possibly find a station near this park. Closest possibilities to start looking that are off of, or closest to, I-5 would be Cottage Grove (about a 30 minute drive north from the park) or Sutherlin (about a 15 minute drive south from the park). Another option would be to check with the Eagle Valley RV Park located north of us at the next exit going northbound, exit 150.
