Overheard two female employees talking bad about me as they were making my coffee. I could hear them clear as day. Saying you shouldn't come out if you can't tip. Very unprofessional, rude, hostile, shocking and unpleasant experience. How did she know I wasn't going to wait and tip until the end? She didn't. I always wait until the end but his time I felt sick after what I heard. Besides tips never be expected and always appreciated!!!........ Unhappy customer tell your employees this is not okay.......

first time going here and thought we would give the drinks a try since they looked so good. we didnt know what to order so we asked for reccommendation drinks from the young lady taking our order but she seemed not interested in helping us out she just made it feel like she wanted to rush taking our order so we ordered random drinks and when we went up to the window to get our drinks the lady there didnt seem too happy giving us our drinks even after i happily told her it was our 1st time trying their drinks after driving off we realized we were missing one of our drinks so I had to go wait in line again. drinks were ok but not yummy like i had hoped. Advice for everyone working there yall needs more happy working energy and friendly vibes.

The last couple times I’ve went to Bentleys at this location, I’m missing something in my drinks. First I got no ice and i was like okay that’s fine. The second time, I got a strawberry peach fusion and didn’t get any peaches. The third time, I got a cosmic brownie shake and I was missing the brownie that comes with it. The most recent time Ive went i ordered a sour patch drink and I got no sour patches to go with it. Most of the staff is friendly overall this is one of the main issues I’ve been having.

Interstate Auto Sales

We got the most tasty coffee drinks I've ever had for the family!! The peanut butter mocha was amaZing! The Oreo whatever y!ou want to call it, was incredible! And my white chocolate espresso....well that was fantastic!!! But the kids....well they just loved those cotton candy sugar blasters... hahaha! Great job team!! Great coffee!!!
