So this was the first time in this location. An the cleanliness of this business, was absolutely horrible. There were topping all over the pizza making area, like they didn't clean up after every so many customers. The floor was littered with toppings, where we were stepping on topping. I would really hate to see how filthy the kitchen area is. Probably looks the same as the front. Disgusting. The Redmond location is always way cleaner. Maybe these kids need a lesson on cleaning their stations. I won't ever return to that location ever again.

Everytime we acquire pizzas from this location something is wrong. The last time we were overcharged and they required us to return for the credit. They were not willing to credit our card over the phone. The previous time, two of our three pizzas were made incorrectly, and we were required to return to the location to obtain the correct order. We do not recommend this location because they have many staff and procedural issues. With all the return trips, the pizzas obviously become very expensive. Look to another location from this organization.

Walked in at 3:30 on a Friday. Only 2 people working and the phone rang constantly! This team needed help!!!! Still, the young man smiled taking my order and the lone lady pizza maker was SO fast.. I worried my pizza would be chintzy.. But it really was great. Kudos to this team making the best of it all.. But, hey, management.... When you work people to death, for likely minimum wage, they won't stay. Your customers do notice!
