I have used them in the past. Would give them a 3 as a normal however, went there today, Wednesday during they’re normal business hours and they were closed. No note on door, no indication of if and when they were returning. Looking for a more reliable hair salon business.

Great, just a long wait, of about 15 minutes, even after checking in online. They did a good job on my grandson, plus got the online coupon for $9.99, so overall, it was good. Thanks, Great Clips 👍

I’ve been coming to this great clips for about a year now ever since I finished my chemotherapy treatments and I have always received very prompt and professional service. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case this evening. When I arrived at the business the woman that was working turned me away telling me that she didn’t have enough time to cut my hair but there wasn’t any customers and it was 17 minutes until closing which would have definitely given her enough time to trim my hair. When I asked her if she was turning me away? She replied "well we do have to clean up and what not". I don’t know what your name is lady but I am definitely going to call corporate and let them know that they have a lazy stylist who would rather pace back-and-forth watching the clock rather than take care of a loyal customer. You should be ashamed of yourself for representing your company that way
