Absolutely my favorite boba place!!

April 10th, 2022 Bobahead by UO campus experience horrible. I have a free drink, so ordered my all time favorite coffee with coca foam with boba. One of the girls told me either no foam or boba with free drink, which I have never ran into for 3+ years. I purchased 10 drinks and each individual is more than $5. This free drink is a huge disappointment and coffee was dripping on the side. The experience and price is not worth my money. The employees are extremely sloppy, and waited for 5 mins for tissues. There were only a group of three and my friend and I. Please hire more qualified student employees ok?

The worst thing u could experience in a boba shop is when u order a matcha creams w/o ice and get matcha milk tea with ice. Told them, they poured the ice out(with partial milk tea of course), ADDED WATER AND CREAMA AND GAVE BACK TO ME. At least now I having 50% sugar? BS
