I was in two days ago and was impressed by the staffs professionalism and patience dealing with a belligerent customer. I’ve been here many times and the service is great, the food is delicious and it’s always clean and friendly. There were two women working while a man was harassing them clearly upset about not being served alcohol because he did not have identification and was clearly already inebriated. He harassed them and they were polite and courteous throughout, even during his tirade. when it came time to pay for his meal, they needed his ZIP Code in order to manually enter his card information, he claimed they must want his ZIP Code to follow him home, which is obviously absurd. He was clearly upset about not being served alcohol 🙄 I especially enjoyed Savanna, a very kind server who held her own beautifully. I hope this establishment commends these women for their professionalism and dedication to their customers.

Great staff, waiter was phenomenal but food was absolutely not worth the trip. Ordered stuffed hashbrowns, and they had the crispness of boiled potatoes. There was probably a tablespoon of sour cream and cheese in the whole plate. The waffle came with the strawberries that normally go in strawberry lemonade, and the waffles were cold. I lost my appetite. Manager and waiter were super understanding and great, the comped my meal. I would go back if the food improved just for the service which is the only reason sharis didn’t get one star.

The staff was great, some people are far to hard on these guys especially with so few working. Always remember that if the door opens then consider yourself lucky these days. My only thing is I wish Shari’s perhaps updated their diners, I’m all for the classic old school style but a simple refresh would make it feel better vs the “it is old” style they have going on. This location was great and that’s not on them any that the buildings the same as it was when they opened.

Had a little bite to eat before getting some things done for the day. I ordered the meat lovers skillet and had marionberry mimosa is pretty yummy. Fast service for 10am and staff very professional.
