Jim and Josh were excellent at keeping me updated on my custom order of a 2022 Nissan Titan XD with "a lot" of accessories. They have worked through several issues in building the truck and getting access to the proper parts. The pricing was fair, and the experience was excellent. I know what I want and these gentlemen, once again, made it happen and for that, I appreciate it and I am incredibly happy. The experience was smooth with no friction which is what I love.

I have honestly had bad luck with Nissan dealerships over the few years. This was the first good experience I've had with Nissan in a long time. A big help to that was Collin in the service department. He was very friendly when we chatted on the phone and helpful with getting information on my recalls for my car. Thank you guys for finally giving great customer service and helping me!

What I like about this place is that they make the buying experience easy and comfortable. Also I know from experience with their service department if there is an issue and you have a warranty they are happy to look into solving the issue. I've bought two cars here, the second time was better than the first. Brian was the salesman. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, ask for him if you are looking to buy here. Very satisfied with my new altima. Give this place a shot.

I went in to Marlboro Nissan a few weeks ago to purchase my first ever car. I had been driving a piece of junk 2007 Ford my mom drove THEN my sister drove. I mean this thing was packing 185K+ miles, the roof leaked, the engine rattled, the wiper mechanism was broken. It was a disaster. Brian was extremely helpful giving me all the information I needed on the car, letting me get a feel with a test drive and then leaving the ball in my court to follow back up. Being in sales my entire career I admired Brian’s ability to maintain a level of calm and put the decision making power into the customer. This is how it should be! After a few days I called back and said “I’d love to be in this car by next Thursday”. Brian helped me with getting rid of my previous car, setting up insurance for the new one, registering it and getting it all dressed up for me to bring in home in ONE WEEKS TIME. These guys are great and I’ll continue to go only here for my repairs and check ups. Kudos to Brian and the rest of the sales team for making this seamless and fun.

Yes, they do inspections. They have several techs that are trained to do Massachusetts state inspections.
You have to read your contract carefully as to what's a covered benefit for your Murano.. Some cover just parts and not maintenance...do your homework and read the fine print
