We visited the Volvo dealership in Burlington because they had two cars on the lot that we wanted to test drive. During the test drive Pam patiently sat in the car with us and let us drive around the neighborhood and get a feel of the car with no pressure. She was very easygoing and always a delight to talk to. She really helped us decide on which model to get. We even went back a second time to try different types of seats. Then we proceeded to custom order a car in which Pam and Woody kept us informed every step of the way. The finance team also did a great job to ensure the payment process went smoothly. After five months of waiting, we finally took delivery of our dream car this week and we are and will be enjoying this wonderful car for a long time ahead. Thank you again to Pam and everyone at Volvo Burlington for going above and beyond! We also highly recommend the wool blend seats that we optioned in our XC60. Everyone at the dealership was amazed at how good they looked in person. They also don’t stick to your body like leather can on a hot day.

Volvo Cars of Burlington goes above and beyond to care for their clients. We purchased a new Volvo for our aging parents as we wanted something safe, sound, and reliable for them to drive. From sales to service, everything has been top notch. The valet service means we don’t have to worry about them missing a service because they are unable to drive. Our car was picked up and returned without a hitch and the driver was the kindest soul ever. Thank you for giving us such peace of mind!

Throughout my buying experience, I found the team exceedingly professional, attentive, accommodating and kind. Lex quickly recognized my preference for communicating by text message, and we rarely communicated in any other way. When they didn’t have my precise vehicle in stock, he helped me to customize a new build — within my budget. As my custom car made its way to Burlington, Dray kept me informed (via text) at each step. He then coordinated a smooth pickup and ensured I felt comfortable with all operating functions and maintenance responsibilities. A few days later, his courtesy check-in included a photo with Santa at the dealership. When it came to the paperwork, Jessica kept the process simple and my confidence high. Thanks to the extraordinary efforts of Lex, Dray, Jessica and their friendly colleagues, I’m a new member of the Volvo family and look forward to remaining safely in their capable hands. (The “Nutt Edition” XC40 is pretty fabulous, too.)

We have access to the “In Service” date that kicks off a warranty timeline and can also give you great detail on additional coverages that we offer and back.

We welcome walk in business, however, setting an appointment is always recommended so that you have a dedicated staff member to help you out and speed up your wait times with the vehicle prepared for viewing and driving.

Can I trade in a vehicle if I still owe money on it?

Yes you can. We can simply cut you a check for the difference or apply any negative balance to the next vehicle in most cases. Lastly, if you owe more than the purchase price we offer, but do not want to make a purchase, you can place that amount down owed in addition and walk away without a car purchase.
