Just went in on 12th got price quote then went in next day and was told a higher cost and the lady who was blonde was very rude and not respectful got a different person who was a manager and fixed the problem but will never work with that lady again.

Very easy to deal with! The counter person at the Boring facility was wonderful! I asked two questions and he asked two and I was done! Part was on its way from their facility in Eugene. Hopefully tomorrow will be the day just like he said. Thank you very much!

Worst service I have ever dealt with. Our experience was one that matches the frustration of dealing crooked insurance companies. Thursday: purchased part online with plan to pick up in store. Begining of the upcoming week. Checked the status on friday and Saturday, no updates other then order is being processed. Checked status Tuesday no updates on work order, was transferred (to a voicemail) when the employee couldn't get an answer as to what the hold was. Wednesday called still nothing changed, no answers yet. Thursday got through on the phone and was asked about a cut sheet. 😵 Seems that should have been mentioned on day one!?!,am I right?! .. Thursday night, sent cut sheet. Called Friday to confirm all was good, I was told it wouldn't be done untill the end of the following week. !

This place is great! Everytime I’ve came in I’ve been lucky enough to find exactly what I’m looking for. With their help it makes it so easy. They pin point where the vehicle your looki for is and then your on your way. And the prices are awesome Moises Luna one of the front desk workers is awesome, always swings me the best deals, also just a super nice dude. Highly recommend everyone to come check it out.
