We had a great time at the hotel. It was our first place with beds, shower, and air conditioning after a week in the woods. Water park was excellent for the kids. And we really enjoyed the noon checkout time since we were meeting family around 1 pm on Sunday of checkout. We will definitely stay again and will make sure I recommend as a travel agent to my clients. Thanks again.

I had high expectations for this place and regret every minute of it. Very bad crime in this area. The car parked next to mine was broken into overnight. Broken glass all over the parking lot. Could’ve gotten a flat tire!! Food is sloshy over hydrated eggs with a cup of yogurt. No kosher options. Loud screaming kids running around hallways at all hours of the day and night. House keeping doesn’t clean well and occasionally leaves behind trash. The long bearded man that vacuums the halls seems very threatening. He may be antisemitic. Laundry machines are broken so expect to have to use the other hotels. Very inconvenient!! The overall customer service is fair but the manager doesn’t seem to care much about his guests concerns. They also refuse to make their employees where masks when coming into our rooms. Will not visit this one again!

Stayed here for a few nights with a large group from Florida. Everyone at the front desk was always very helpful and Marcus went above and beyond to make all of us comfortable and assist any way he could. The rooms were super clean, very nice, the grounds were kept tidy and the breakfast was great! I highly recommend Residence Inn of Rapid.

My little brother and I stayed here this past weekend, and had high expectations. The hotel itself is beautiful. Appears to be a classy place. However, we were disappointed in how filthy the hotel was. In the middle of the night, I woke up and was itchy. I feared bed bugs. But there was a few long pieces of hair on my blanket and a stain that I hadn't previously noticed. My brother woke up and started worrying about his bed, and there was what appeared to be a bloody nose-booger on his blanket. Almost as if the sheets were filthy and not changed. The next morning before showering, I couldn't help but notice the bathroom wall had something appearing to be dried vomit on it. And while showering, the hot water would get extremely low every 20 seconds or so. Very bad experience, sadly, as my hopes were high. I normally don't post reviews like this but it's a warning to others. Spend your money elsewhere. It's a shame because it's one of the more beautiful hotels I've stayed at, visually.
