We stopped for a quick bite on a road trip and the gentleman who delivered our food was very friendly and welcoming. We also noticed some of the patrons were courteous and kind as we saw someone quickly running to get the door for an elderly woman (who had her hands full).

Seems I’m not the only one who’s had problems with this location & being told (scolded) that I didn’t order correctly….even though my receipt shows differently…..wrote to corporate, got 2 apologies (nicely written, seemed sincere); no offers of refund or compensation, no apology from store employee, as requested.

Very disappointed in this location. I stopped by this McDonald's because my son wanted a happy meal. We've always come to this location. Had never had a problem before today. So we go thru the drive thru to order my son's happy meal. 1st off the screen was displaying the other cars orders. Mine never showed. No problem. I pay. I get to the drive thru I get my son's milk he asked for then his meal. We drive home. Get hike my son starts eating his meal. When he asked for his milk...I go grab the bottle. Turn to open the top. Comes off to easy. I decide to look inside the bottle. To my surprise I don't see milk at all! I find this container of "milk" to have cottage cheese! I close it back up. I check the date on the milk...4 days expired! I call McDonald's. It took 8 calls for some one to finally answer. Just to get hung up on! So I call back again. This time the manager on duty answers. I start by stating I had just been thru the drive thru and the whole situation with the milk. All I kept getting from him was that he was sorry. No offer to just replace the milk. Until I asked if the milk could be refunded or replaced. Well then I had to go then. Well I'm sorry but I don't have time to drive back and forth to McDonalds to replace a milk. I am extremely disappointed in McDonald's at this point! If you happen to order from this location make sure your not getting food that has expired!

This morning I took my grandkids to McDonald's for breakfast. They got the $7 pancake meal. I had a #3. They were bound and determined I didn't order a orange juice. 🙄. Ma'am, it comes with my meal. She keeps telling me I didn't order one. Ma'am, it comes with my meal. She got so annoyed because I wanted my orange juice she roller her eyes at me, the manager came to ask me what was wrong, I told her and immediately got my juice. What in the heck is wrong with people?? The employees act like it comes out of their personal checking account.
