My Mother in law was from Poland and was the best cook I have ever known. This restaurant is authentic. From the decorative accents to the delicious food. I had cabbage soup. Snitzle, brats, cabbage, and potato salad. Everything was spot on! Absolutely delicious! The server was delightful. I was visiting my Son and his family. I'm from New Jersey and my son brought me to Europa because he and his family love the food and he knew I would as well.

Delicious food, nice atmosphere, and great service. The potato pancakes were excellent, I highly recommend them.

Food was delicious, great quality, had the Polish platter and bratwurst, all was very good. Prepared fairly quick although I went at a slow time. Nice setting/decor inside, excellent waitress.

Food was great and the staff were really sweet! It's a quiet place to eat with a nice homey feel. There's a lot to look at and talk about while eating. Indoor and outdoor dining with soft lighting.

No dine in at the moment. Takeout only. Masks required on entry. Plexiglass sneeze guard at cash register. Clean pens and hand sanitizer on table. Staff has always worn masks when I have been in the business.
Sorry no we do not serve that
My answer is this isn't an American restaurant. That isn't to say there aren't restaurants that are German, Polish or otherwise that don't run short. However, it's like Brian said; this is a specialty restaurant, and to make too much would be a waste. Their offerings are quite flavorful and you can definitely do well with a substitution if they run short on your favorite things. If you feel strongly about it, why not suggest to their staff that they provide a little more? I'm sure they would enjoy knowing you like their pierogies so much. My daughter-in-love, Lisa, works there.
Same as dinner menu, there's no different menu for lunch. One menu for ALL we do have a lunch section on our menu that is available from 12 to 3;30. After 3:30 I will post a pic of the lunch section in our menu
They do list which kinds of their dishes to avoid for gluten. Would advise confirming before ordering
