Freshen Up Laundry

Stopped by to do laundry. Nope. Very dirty. Disgusting. No one there. But there was someone's laundry there in the floor and in the machines. The place is in dire need of an attendant. Floors were gross. Trash over flowing.

Quite possibly the dirtiest, most run down, laundromat I have ever been in. Cockroaches, Several washing machines filled with dirty water, dryers do not get warm enough to even dry wet paper, let alone clothes of any density, and the dryers are filthy and damaged. Owner showed up as I was finishing up. I mentioned a few things that he should look at such as the more than 1/2 of the washing machines filled with dirty water, and the dryers that are not heating up after spending $5.00 in quarters. He got so defensive so I just finished drying the comforter and left. I WILL NOT RETURN.

This place has been very disappointing, it is always dirty lately , no janitors are showing up i know because I've been there as late as 8:30 pm . The machines are not working right on alot of them both washers and dryers the lint under the dryers is not being cleaned out!! This place is not being properly maintained im surprised no one has turned this in to the health department or better business beuarough !! Especially with Covid restrictions right now , NOT SANITARI !!!!

I wish I had read the reviews before using this laundry. It cost me more to use non working dryers. Some turn no heat. Some heat but don't turn. Some just eat money and don't work at all. And some seem to heat and turn But clothes not completely dry. I finally pulled damp clothes to take home and dry on the line. AND the front load washers don't completely spin out, so clothes are wetter when put in rip off dryers. I had to leave before I followed the urge to break out windows. It occurs to me that some of the dryers were missing doors. I wonder if a disgruntled customer broke the glass on those dryers. Couldn't blame them. This place is awful. Too bad owners can't provide decent service. They charge enough to keep machines maintained, but their greed outweighs the need of their customers. Shameful. Their mom would be embarrassed for them. They probably put her in a home and used her money to open this business
