There are different pockets of funding through the CareerCenters when funds are available and when people qualify. People do get free training for different things including sometimes CNA. Everything is individually determined based on a process of qualfying, eligibility, assessments, readiness and other eligibility factors and requirements. Its best to speak to someone at the CareerCenter for additional info about programs that are currently going on at any given time. Also you can get information from the local Adult Education offices who hold the CNA classes.
