While i was waiting for my food by the drive thru window, watching the employee preparing without gloves and touching her nose, touching my food, touching her nose again and wrapped my food. It made me sick..so if you read this comment, it's very important the cleanliness on how to handle the food properly.

I got a chicken power bowl and the chicken and rice were both very dry after having a bite. I went back and the employee (I believe the manager) was extremely rude and said “next time check it and don’t eat it…next time I won’t correct”. She was extremely unprofessional. It’s frustrating with such low customer service.

Nitro NItro

Just got the food and it was all cold. The Gordita crunch with nacho cheese had no nacho cheese and was soggy and cold. Very disappointing. The entire order looked old and was definitely not fresh. This is the first review I have ever left. Take a little pride in what you do goodness.

Incredibly slow service at this location, especially if you order ahead online. I’ve ordered ahead for in store pickup twice for a 30 minute scheduled pickup, and once for ASAP. Each time I’ve arrived after 30 minutes, and had to wait an additional 30-50 minutes to receive my order. One employee told me to always order pickup to the drive thru instead, because their management instructs them to prioritize drive thru over done-in, and dine-in over online in-store pickup.
