I lived most of my life in the Bay Area in California and have lived for roughly 5 years in Beaverton/Aloha. I'm not new to milk teas by any means. With that being said, this store makes the best damn teas I have ever had. They use lactose free milk (and other milk alternatives) in addition to non dairy based creamers. This makes me feel like the teas are lighter when I drink it. I dont feel the usual overdose on sugar or the heaviness from the cream. The flavors are beautifully balanced so I can really taste the tea through all the other ingredients. I am absolutely blown away at how tasty it is. Their fruit teas are equally good. I should state that I tend to drink all my orders at 50% sweet. I also want to disclose i don't ever put the ice cream on top, so I can't review the taste there. My favorite options are typically the "boyfriend" and any fruit tea with mango and/or pineapple. I even bought their cook book so I could learn to make the teas the way they do! I love what we make at home. There are milk tea stores closer to me, but I will always take the time to drive a little further out for Milk+Tea.

Ive been to the milk+t in Los Angeles back in 2018. Visited Oregon and was really excited that I was able to come to the same place but different state. Still the same as it was. Love their milk tea. Variety is quite different compared to a lot of other boba places. This location takes no cash and has a cool touch screen to order. It's cool i got a different design cup compared to 2018s bottle. Salted caramel in the black milk tea with chia seeds is so tasty. The warm boba at the bottom with the cold ice cream inside is just right for the drink. Hope to see you in another state in 4 years :-P

The most delicious milk-T I have tried..the green tea foam is unique and tasty…it’s addictive and the best treat! Don’t drive pass this place. You get a bonus if you chose the glass jar for your drink.

Let me preface this by saying I've had lots of boba in Taiwan (where boba originated), all over LA, Seattle, and Portland. I drink boba at least 3 times a week. Milk + T is actually from Little Tokyo in LA. That was where I first fell in love; my husband and I almost had them cater at our wedding in California. So when we moved to Oregon, we were ecstatic to find out that there was a branch here! You can taste the tea in every tea based drink. The boba is always so perfectly cooked and perfectly sweetened. The lactose-free milk is a plus for Asians like me who don’t produce enough lactase. Their fruity drinks like Piglet and Mangomelon are refreshing while the taste of whatever fruit really stands out without tasting “fake” or syrupy. My go-to is the Best Friend, jasmine green milk tea, with boba. What makes Milk + T special is they include 3 toppings in every drink. I usually get boba x2. Another thing is that they offer 16 oz glass options for the same price of the 20 oz plastic. They’re really cute with the logo on them, and we have a cabinet full of them at home to use for cups on the daily. In our last 2.5 years here in Oregon, we’ve visited every time we’re in Portland for Asian groceries. If you look at the pictures, Milk + T has been with me through my blonde, pink, ombré, and black hair days, and I’m hoping they’ll stay with me forever!

It’s Milk and T. :) - Stacey (Owner)
It's recommended that you order ahead online and come pick up. But if not, they have tablets inside where you order and pay and you wait outside until your drink is ready and you come in to pick it up. Only 1 party is allowed in the building at a time.
You get 10% off that next drink.
You should call to confirm holiday hours for small businesses. There's not a guarantee they'll post any such updates to their site or social media. Edit: I texted them, and they replied that they have normal hours today.
Nope, just green and black tea.
