Hidden gem for best ramen house! The best rich and thick stock cooked to balanced and perfection. I started ordering chicken than pork or pork belly because their pork belly is fatty and I don't like the pork fat texture. The pork chase is too thin. So I prefer the grill chicken option which is tasty and healthier. But 5 stars for overall store cleanliness, friendly service and solid tasting ramen.

The fuddoyama ramen with chicken was out of this world! Absolutely delicious!! My son had the spicy teriyaki chicken (pictured) and that, too, just wonderful. It's a very tiny establishment, maybe 12 tables total. We got there at 3:30pm on a Sunday afternoon and had about a 15 minute wait. The menu is very simple with a vegetarian option. Sometimes the simplest things are the best, am I right? And FuddoYama Ramen and Teriyaki sure perfected their broth and teriyaki sauce! 😁👍 Wait staff wears masks and there are hand sanitizing wipes on the table which was greatly appreciated. Parking was plentiful since it's located in a strip mall.

Red miso ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - I like the meat here a lot. Fudo yama ramen ⭐⭐⭐⭐ - it wasn't too salty which I liked - without the hot sauce it was a bit plain to me. With the chilli sauce it was amazing though. - still prefer the red miso surprisingly, even though tonkotsu is typically my favorite type of ramen Fatty pork ⭐⭐⭐ - not the best chatsu Ive had, but I think I'd probably prefer this over the chicken Mochi

Authentic Japanese foods! Reasonable price and exceptionally good service!! We love what we ordered, especially, the Japanese Curry with sausages! This dish is very light with amazing flavor!! Kara-age and Takoyaki were very delicious, too!!
