Really good food, and our waitress was absolutely amazing. The views and environment were very mellow and relaxing. Some guests were really rude and acted somewhat entitled which made some people have to ignore it, but that is no fault of the restaurant.

The food quality and portions were low. The dish was salty. Beautiful location and great service, but the food hurt the experience. The best parts were the lobster bisque, the view, and the waiting staff.

We had the perfect wedding day at Dockside! I loved the venue at first sight, and Heather was so helpful with planning throughout the year. She was a calming presence throughout the busy day, and her team made everything run so smoothly. Our guests kept saying how beautiful everything was and really enjoyed themselves, especially since it was a majority of their first trips to Maine. I really appreciate how flexible the team was with us adding an extra hour to the reception since everyone wanted to keep the party going. The oceanside ceremony with the boats in the harbor and the intimate reception at the restaurant with a hopping dance floor made everything exactly as we hoped for our big day. Thanks again to the Dockside team!

This experience was funny and embarrassing and will live forever (partially because it was my birthday). We got there and the atmosphere was very stuffy. The prices were very overpriced were there was an actual shock at the table when they told us the market price of the lobster. When we decided what we were going to eat they came to tell us that they had run out of lobster and crabs. This was Sunday at 6pm. On the harbor of Maine. We had reservations for weeks. At this point we decided we needed to leave. They gave us our bill for the fee drinks we got and we went to another establishment and got our dinner. Only thing that deserved one star was the waitress whom my daughter was genuinely sad for as we left because we could tell she felt terrible about the experience.
