Ruben and Andrew made renting my unit super easy and quick. The process took no time at all and I was set up before I knew it. Definitely recommend coming here if you need to find a storage space. They’ll make sure you get what you need as soon as possible.

This storage for the most part is okay. It would be much better though If they adjusted the air conditioners thermostat. It is to hot outside as it is. The units are suppose to be climate controlled and there not . The temp in there is 79 degrees that's way to hot to be working in moving things around and in n out. When the temp outside is 82 be degrees. That's not a significant amount of cooling for this type of facility. So I would greatly appreciate it If you could adjust the temperature to at leastwise 72 degrees. That's what I'm paying for if I want to sweat I can go hang out at the gym. I don't want to be sweating outside already to come and sweat more. I've asked them at least twice with no results.

The property manager Ruben is a professional, friendly but most of all he looks out for your better interest as far as renting out a storage unit. He made sure all our needs were taken care of. I will definitely recommend Simply Self Storage to my friends and family members. If you need a indoor storage unit, you should check it out it's in the corner of Rosecrans and Best Ave.
