You Know What I Just Came Here To Taco Bell In Santa Fe Plaza And I Just Had The Worst DriveThru Experience. I’m Sure It was A Manager or supervisor. You know I work for fast food to but clearly she don’t like her job . Placed mobile order Thru app came thru drivethru told them I was picking up my moblie order . Gave my name . And she gave me a total clearly she wasn’t paying attention. I drove up after and I told the employee who came to the window and I just said I had placed a mobile order . I guess he calls the supervisor. And basically this manager lady who took my order that I placed Thru app looks at me dirty . Doesn’t say nothing to me hands me my drink and I said thank you looking at her and she continues to just give me a dirty look . Horrible customer service ! We’ll have a great day to lady . Way to make me feel good . You know people go thru a lot and we’ll I hope your day gets better . Well bye

I am not happy at all with the service i have received at this particular Taco Bell in Santa Fe Springs,Calif on Carmenita and Florence ave. This is the first time I decided to leave a review. I couldn't keep my concerns quiet anymore. For the past 6 months I have been doing late night Taco Bell runs and every single time I get home my order is incorrect. Tonight about 9:40pm I bought 2 burrito supreme, one without sour cream and one with, a bean and cheese burrito with no onions and no sour cream, regular 3 soft taco combo and 2 tacos. I was given both Supreme burritos without sour cream, the bean burrito had sour cream and the soft tacos were supreme. The shellsfor the regular tacos were stale. And to top it off, the server asked me if I wanted my receipt and i said yes. I assumed he put it in the bag and he did not so I am unable to prove my purchase. And yes the monitor on the screen was correct but my order was not.....

The food has gone down hill while the prices just keep going up. I bet when the Mexican pizza comes back out won't taste the same and will probably be 8.00$.

Really good. Had the Nacho Bell Grande, a hard taco 🌮 and drink for like $9.00. Dined in. Still require masks when not eating. Nice, clean and peaceful atmosphere.
