Very tasty fast service but they don't give you enough napkins and when you ask them for sauce they always give you the bare minimum

i speak for the ladies that work late night in the drive thru.. customer service is great when ot comes for pick up ..food is great too

I do love Jack in the box. Their burgers are fresh, hot and always tasty: here's a picture, oops! I was so hungry I ate it before the snap, that's how good it is!!!

Are your employees allowed to be rude to your customers.?? The Manager is she allowed to be rude and call your customers "Dumb ass. ?? And when asked for her name , is she allowed to withhold that information

Am a former Restaurant manager and I am saddened how Owners hired unqualify manager to run these places. Very unprofessional and Rudeness is what u get now. No Passion, only working for a pay check. Sad Sad Sad
