I had a great experience at your dealership. Everyone was very helpful especially Ricky. Everyone wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase, and I was. Thank you all again!

Ricky was great! From the minute he got in contact with me to schedule a test drive, when we got there, to explaining everything in detail, and he made sure we got the best experience possible. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from him or I would recommend him to my family.

I called Boulevard Buick GMC on a Wednesday and asked about the price and timeframe of getting brake pads replaced. They gave me a quote and I was willing to pay that especially because i would be getting authentic parts. The gentleman on the phone would ask me about a time like 9 am, then by the time he would click through a few things he would say, "that time is no longer available." I get it, maybe people were making appointments online and the availability of service was changing as we were talking on the phone. Nonetheless, we came up with a final 10 am on the phone. I asked if they had loaner vehicles and they did not, which was fine. When I arrived around 9:40 to be early for my appointment at 10 am the service rep told me my appointment was at 11:30 am. Upon talking to the service rep in person I decided an oil change makes sense as well. Also, I've had this on and off issue of a notification that oil pressure is irregular which was dinging on my way to the dealership. I told the service rep that I'd like to have my oil pressure regulator replaced. He said he didn't know what that was. I asked if he could introduce the idea to the mechanic and see if they could work together and get back to me with a price. I personally went to parts to check and see if they had the part. They did. So I knew the job could be done. I didn't mention above that I went on their website and there was a service coupon for brake pads which lowered the price by $120. Maybe it's not their job to tell me the best price, but that would have been nice. They said everything would be done by close which was 4 or 5 pm. I called service to checkup on any price changes due to the oil pressure sensor replacement, but did not reach the service rep. I followed up with an email since I thought it was more likely he would get that in due time. I called again around 3 pm and they said the vehicle was done, but that only the oil change was done and that they did not have my brake pads on site. They said they would have to order the parts and they would come Monday. I asked about the oil pressure sensor and the service rep told me they did not replace it. He had no particular reason why. I didn't want to leave my car there until Monday so I said I would pick it up and possibly return for the brake job later in the week. With this experience it never made sense to return to this GMC. I received none of what I even called the service department for in the first place. My brake pads are still low, the oil pressure sensor is still in some way faulty, but I did however get an oil change (I wanted conventional and they said they didn't carry conventional oil anymore). There is no sticker of what mileage number I should return at. When I processed all of this I realized I could have just gone to Jiffy Lube and got a convention oil change in 1 hr and been on with my day. There was no perk to going to the dealership. I also didn't get any recommendation list of other repairs that should be coming up. Maybe I will use the parts department here, surely not the service department anymore.

I would choose a different place if I were you. First off, I usually get my car serviced at GMC's. At both places that I've been to, I've gotten consistent, thorough services. I am currently out of town for work and decided to go to Boulevard Buick since it was close by instead of going to my hometown's. I wish I had just waited and skipped on Boulevard Buick. :/ Don't get my wrong, the service advisor, Gene, was friendly. But usually when I go in, other dealerships give me a breakdown of prices for services and offer rebates. I also get a time estimate of when my car will be done. Here, I just got a general price and no estimated ready time. The paper that I got said 6PM. I dropped off my car before 9AM and called at 2:30PM, when it was coincidentally ready as soon as I called. -_-; When I got my car back, it was with only a receipt. In comparison, other dealerships attach a multi inspection checklist to my papers. Those list my tire treads, whether they added air to the tires, and a multitude of other little information. So far as I knew, the work was completed as I requested, but there was just a lack of attention to detail and poor communication. No biggie. Not the best service but not the worst either. I would've rated it a 4/5. It wasn't until I was driving down the road that I realized that they didn't bother to change the sticker from my previous oil change, so I can't just look at the sticker to look at when my oil change is due. The next day (today), I was updating my records on my car maintenance and noticed that nowhere did it list that my tires were rotated with the oil change. Gene and I spoke about getting my tires rotated and I specifically did request for that to be done. I called back and the gentleman on the phone, Russ, was very polite and apologetic when he confirmed that my tires indeed were not rotated. He did state that if I were to take my car in, they would have them rotated for free. The thing is . . . why weren't these jobs completed in the first place? Even though Russ said they would complete the work that they should have in the first place, I don't want to go back to a place that can't even bother to put a change oil sticker on a car after an oil change. I'd rather pay more and take it elsewhere to actually have the job right. Could I trust them to rotate my tires if they couldn't even complete the little easy tasks? And if I do have to take my tires rotated, why would I go back to a place that lags on service? To be clear, they didn't have to push any services on me. I went in for my oil change, tires rotation, engine air filter change, passenger compartment air filter change, and brake fluid exchange. I went in ready to spend good money to keep my car well maintained. I spent over $400 willingly because I wanted to get my car serviced how it needed and correctly. Unfortunately, I misspent my money at Boulevard Buick GMC. If you've gone ahead and read this review, please spare yourself the headache and go elsewhere. Tl;dr: Poor attention to detail, long wait times, work not completed as requested.

My truck had a worldwide recall and it was frustrating to have an intermittent problem. But Boulevard technicians got on it after the recall solution failed to solve my problem... GMC gave Boulevard the correct trouble shooting steps to further diagnose...and ultimately repair my truck. After that experience...I know they are good at what they do.
Good Evening...Our Covid safety practices are as per local cdc guidelines. Thank you!
If you contact the dealership they will inform you that it is not for sale. Many dealerships have older cars they bought and keep in their showrooms.
No not sold ..it not for sale it's on the show room floor
Most front line mechanics are paid by the hour. Parts and service managers and their staff are usually on salary. Technicians are vocationally trained and state certified. I recommend always checking out public opinions on Yelp.
I will not buy a car there anymore, I got really bad the a / c I fixed it twice the cost almost $ 5000, I have put a lot of money in it and someone from services recommended me to sell it and I said it is seriously apart from the $ 15000 that I owe to the bank when they believe that They will give me for it and now apart from the 2 repairs that I made to the a / c they want to charge me another 3400 it is really 3400 more, their car does not work or they never really repaired me the terrible a / c service I will never buy a gmc acadia and much more less according to certificate .😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬
Yes, call service department and have them to look into the problem.
