If I could leave 0 stars I would, you mean top tell me people pay 400$ for original iPhone parts and they only give you 60 day warranty? Ridiculous! I would not recommend this place and if you do end up going please get the cheap screens clearly their “original ones” do no work, don’t spend your money, they are a scam. They said I did this 10 months ago and claim my water could’ve come in contact with water or any other liquids, I know how I take care of my phones and I have every single iPhone I had ever purchase. I’ve never had an screen problem before I’ve only cracked one and I had the bad luck to choose this place to fix it. Now I’m not leaving this review toi get something out of you as I made it very clear I do Not wish to do business with this store again. I’m only making others aware to ask for their warranty policy. This was an issue that I just started having two days ago how come this just happened? I think it’s very funny how you mention you offer to take a look at my phone but you don’t mention how you took my personal number and harassed me with a bunch I of texts asking for me to buy another screen with you. I do not appreciate your business and I do not wish to keep making businesses with you.

Hi absolutely destroyed my phone in the pool and had to spend a lot of time here and these guys did everything they could to fix my phone for me. They have the ability to do very technical repairs unlike most every other repair shop in the area, even more than Apple and Best Buy which I think is really really cool. While sitting there for three or four hours because I just needed to stay until my repair was done I was able to hear a lot of other people come through and how they do business never changed and I could hear that they are very fair with people. I have use these guys about three or four times now and I’ve always come away with a good experience.

Broke my iPhone 11 screen yesterday. Have gotten it fixed before but got ripped off so many times. Stopped by Josh...some of best prices I’ve seen but I was a little hesitant about the quality. After getting it repaired noticed the colors were so much better than the other places I have gone to for repair and the prices were pretty much the same. Really liked his customer service and pay it forward attitude. Long Beach irepair is long beach’s Best kept secret!
