I have nothing but great things to say about Trek bicycle store in Hooksett. David from sales was extremely helpful and took all the time to provide me with the best advice on the best size and type of bicycle that fits me. He navigated through other stores and the Warehouse to get me the bike that I asked for. He's extremely knowledgeable and spares no advice when it comes to what you need. The rest of the staff were all at the same level of courtesy and hospitality.

Staff was all down to earth and friendly, easy to deal with, and professional. Purchased a new bike and they did not try to upsell me into something that was beyond my needs or practical application. The shop was very well set up. Reserved the bike and the test ride was easy to get set up. Paul was friendly and helpful and the bike was as expected. A lot of bike shops are kind of cluttered these days so it was nice to see one so well put together and well staffed. Great experience overall. It made for an enjoyable new bike day.
