Four years ago we hired Maine Accessibility to install a residential elevator for our handicap grandchild. The Savaria elevator is handsome and functional. However, this Fourth of July weekend it failed. It is stuck between two floors. After some time searching for contact information on the web one of the owners reached out and has been very helpful in solving the problem. I would recommend this company but suggest they provide clearer contact information for emergencies, 24/7.

Hi Pierson, Unfortunately, we do not. That elevator was specially ordered for your home, and we would not be able to put it back in someone else's. We do recommend using it when you can to keep it running, as you never know when you may actually end up needing it. Thank you!
