A woman in the checkout line was out of control, challenging customers in the next checkout line using bad language. This went on for some time and no manager was in sight. The situation was escalating and the checker didn't seem to know what to do.

Nicest Kohl's I've been too. Used the changing station for my son in the men's room and didn't even feel gross. They had little changing pads to put down on the table and everything. Very impressive lol

The "undercover" lol Security that I was going to run out the door and was giving me dirty look as I was shopping they stood by the front door until he seen I was standing in line so I pointed 👉 and laughed at the 🤡 ......don't judge me you rent a cop!! Not all people with tattoos are thieves!!! The cashier was really nice!
