I was not impressed. First meal in Maine. I am not a picky person at all. Doesn't take much to impress me. But I paid $26 for the "Drunken Haddock" which should have been fish in a wine sauce. I also got the pickled beets thinking it would be something homemade and special. I got a dry piece of fish and pickled beets from a can. I could have had this at home in Kansas for $10 or cooked it myself. I read and heard mixed reviews of this place, and I wanted to enjoy it, but it was the most disappointing meal of my 10 days in Maine, even when compared to sandwiches I purchased at grocery stores. Other meals at my table weren't much better with basic pasta and cheap fries. I would not recommend at all. I never write reviews, but I have never been this dissatisfied with a restaurant before.

OVERPRICED - the prices are at least 4x the local standard! Spent your well earned money elsewhere. The menu picture on Google is outdated. Paid $59 for simple steamed lobster. Also, the side dish of vegetables was supposed to be cauliflower. Instead it came out with overcooked, frozen beans - see picture here.

Good food albeit a little steep.pricing for #market pricing items. Club sandwich was very entiful and the price was in line woth the food portion.

We were excited to try a local place for a nice dinner out…unfortunately this was not it! The service was friendly, but the food was akin to a Long John Silvers, only 4x more expensive. We are sorely disappointed that our big night out on vacation was lack luster. Our side of the road lobster was more fresh and tasty. Do NOT waste your good money.
