I'm reviewing this because this business does not have a location at 175 Lancaster in Portland, ME. I'm giving 5 stars because when I did get to a location that actually existed they squeezed me in despite being 15 minutes late and it was super quick and easy. Definitely worth using this company, but don't go to 175 Lancaster because you won't find it there.

Look for directions for VTEC Training, who offers IdentoGo services. VTEC is located on the backside of the Cornerbrook Plaza (the plaza with Panera inside). Don’t accept walk ins, make an appointment online.

Arrived 10 minutes early to find 10 people waiting. 45 minute drive to get here. Some have been here over two hours. The only explanation offered came earlier: “system is down”. Many have scheduled appointments (including me). No information given. Tough parking. Bathrooms are locked. One customer was recommended to try New Hampshire. Ridiculous.

I came here for my TSA precheck screening. It was such an easy process. After completing the information required online, I made an appointment for the next afternoon (although I would have been fine with a walk-in because the waiting room was empty). Very open availability and the email gives very specific instructions about finding the correct office. The whole process took no more than 4 minutes. The woman working was very friendly, informative and easy to understand. I highly recommend coming here if you are applying for precheck!
