Very straightforward. You pay, then you go through the automated car wash. It's a cool experience to watch from the inside. Customer service was decent too.

Great place to go if you want to lose money. Machines with no coin return and facilities with no website or phone number to call to get a refund demonstrate a lack of care regarding the customer or ethical practice towards us.

Absolutely the worst car wash I've ever been to. First they dont take credit cards,, Then the sprayer on the tire washer dont work. After you're done, the blue soap they use stains your skin and your clothes! Can't even wash it off.
