Room was super cute, had a record player with records!! Really enjoyed the size of the room and the bathroom was wonderful. It's close to the airport without being at the airport and about 30 min from San Francisco. I'll stay there again!

The place was gorgeous. We upgraded our room and there was a record player along with a balcony. Our room was near a gorgeous patio with a fountain and plants. The bed was the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in while staying at a hotel. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

Clean room and polite staff. Felt like a safe environment. Airport “shuttle” is just the regular public bus, but the stop is quite close. Just bring cash for that. Breakfast wasn’t free at all and only fruit as option for vegan, stopped at Peter’s Cafe very short walk for something more filling. Overall good hotel for a great price in SF

We adore the front desk lady, Joyce. She was so friendly & accommodating, gave us a roomy, quiet & very clean room. She even recommended a good Malaysian restaurant, just a short walking distance. Yummy food! Love this charming boutique hotel & will definitely recommend!!
