I needed to get some information on a few storage unit's availability. I called and left a message and within 1 hour Wayne returned my call and answered all my questions. He also assisted me with my online rental. He was delightful to speak to... very knowledgeable and warm greeting.

Greedy. The rates have SKYROCKETED in the last few years for no good reason. The latest increase is 45 dollars a month and they increase every year. Don’t put your stuff here unless you’re ready to move your stuff when they jack the price up another 45 bucks next year or you just like wasting money on empty space. That’s all it is. Empty space. That’s what they’re charging for. Do not recommend. Nobody is ever in the office when you need help either. The light in our unit hasn’t worked in 2 years.

I've been looking for a storage unit that did not have an outrageous price!! Then, I found LIFE Storage! They had an outstanding deal & I figured there'd be a catch. I was doing this online & it wouldn't let me reserve it for more than 2 days. I wasn't ready until late February so I called an 'agent' who was nice but he worked for ALL storage companies! Then I get a text and a call from Wayne who actually manages a Life storage & he stood by the excellent deal and let me reserve it til end of February! And there were no catches, no gimmicks plus, I can use their moving truck if I need to! Thank you Wayne!! You really took a huge weight off of my shoulders & you were so kind & understanding!! There are not too many people like you & I appreciate you!
