Big Lots has variety of items you may not be able to find in a physical store locally. Love to see "finds." Disappointed when I go back for more of the same only to learn they're sold out & have no way of "ordering" more through headquarters. I should own stock in Big Lots so I'd be paying myself when I buy!

The Recliners on display they never have in stock false advertising. And they refused to sale any of display chairs. Also the chair I finally bought lasted 2 weeks

Never will shop here again last night I came in to purchase furniture and employees in that department had the ugliest attitudes. I'll take my money and shop where I'm not rushed because they are closing in 30 minutes.

Good morning, I am a regular repeat customer at the BigLots in our small town in Elzaibeth City NC. I shop here a few times out the week because the store is always well recovered, prices are great but most of all the associates are always so inviting. Everyone always has a smile on their face and is so friendly and the short conversations at check out or when just browsing the isles will change anyone’s bad and lonely day. Last week and today when I went into the store you can just feel a different type of energy when entering I still get welcomed and see a smile when I walk through the doors but it’s not the same excitement or true welcoming feeling. It just felt as if they were being scripted, you could see a lot of stress in the faces not as many genuine smiles and small talk as before. I have noticed a new lady that has just been standing around in furniture or up at the front watching the employees do their job and maybe this could be the reason they seem stressed but that’s not good energy to bring into a amazing store. All of the associates treated everyone as family between themselves and with all the customers and now I feel as if I’m shopping at another Walmart and they are just there for a check.
