Terrible service watched the service manager Bill fire his staff member for not getting a customer in faster. . . I was the customer. He does nothing but play on his phone and smoke cigarettes and calls his staff members stupid. And yells at them. He also yells at customers and wont help others when thier is a line. Of people waiting. Worst experience I have ever had. You can cou t me out after 15 years with the varney family.

I just want people to know I bought a new mustang gt , when I stopped to look at my car with my old truck, no one had time enough to help me. So I went to Varney Chevy and asked for help there 100 percent helped me [ GREAT PEOPLE] and bought it through them . So now my wife and I are looking for a second vehicle,went to Newport same thing YOU STINK

Called to schedule a test drive of the Ford Ranger with the Tremor pkg. the salesman said that it was in the showroom and his boss wouldn’t want him to take it out if I wasn’t interested in buying it today. I would have even understood needing to pre schedule so they would have time to accommodate but he said that anyone buying the tremor pkg should already expect it to ride rougher and I could just test drive another Ranger and it would be fine. I’m not even going to bother driving over there to check out their inventory since I got dismissed like that. I called Darlings back and confirmed our interest in the white one they ordered. It was an Unfortunate experience.

I dont recommend anyone, to buy a vehicle from Varney Ford Newport. The sales men will tell u what you want to here. When needing service done from service department, things are never done right. There Customer service is awful. I tell them what's wrong with my BRAND NEW CAR, they tell me turn the radio up so you don't have to hear it!! Wrong thing to say. They tell me my vehicle is drivable but they won't say SAFE, but they still put a sticker on it..
