There's a difference between charging a bit more for convenience and charging as much as double or more. This is why it's hard to support local and not go to the big box stores, because of stores like this. I don't care how bad I need it, I won't be shopping here anymore.

I bought a dead-bolt lock and installed it. Bill cut four keys that would not go in the key slot. Went back to the store and a gentleman (gray hair/glasses) cut a new one that went in but wouldn't turn. Went back again and Bill cut another one that went in 1/4" . Back again, LOL, and Bill took the same lock of the shelf and made a key and it went in and turned. He gave me the cylinder from it. I went home and exchanged it. He was baffled and figured the first one was was defective. Both gentlemen were extremely helpful!!!!
