Went to this gladestone location yesterday bought 4 items, one item was a box of orgasm gel, left the store happy with my purchase until i got home and opened the box and there was no tube or nothing inside! Other items i had purchased had no problems. Came back to the store today looking to just exchange the empty box for the item i had paid for and they wouldnt help me! Wasted my money!

The person who was working on Saturday night initially greeted us, but as we browsed I noticed she didn’t ask if we needed help, as she was on the phone the whole time. I approach the register and I ask for batteries...she points down and I’m searching to see where she’s pointing to. She then proceeds to tell me “They’re right there” with a hint of irritation in her voice. All in all, she was rude. Won’t be returning.
