I’ve been a long time customer for 7 years every 3 weeks if i can besides covid. I was late for my requested guy so i said i need them done basic and short and they said okay come in right away and we will have someone for you. She refused service because of WHO I AM. I WALKED IN AND BECAUSE OF WHO I AM I WAS REFUSED SERVICE. She would not give me her name. She would not give me her license number or anything. I am reporting this business to the BBB and DBPR. HOW DARE YOU REFUSE SERVICE BECAUSE OF WHO SOMEONE IS! I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN AND IF YOURE IN YOURE RIGHT MIND YOU WOULDN’T EITHER.

Not the best. The pictures that they use on their website are not from their own nail technicians. You don’t get what you ask for EVEN if you show the pictures that they are claiming is from their salon or someone who works there.. Either the technician is out or no longer there. Nails also will not last past a week with out lifting or coming completely off. What a waste!

I went to the Salon to get my feet done and I wanted a acrylic on the big toe and they refused to do what I asked because the nail had a hole in it, which did not hurt at all and could’ve been fixed with the acrylic covering it, but they didn’t want to cover it so the put nail polish on it and let me walk around with one toe bigger then the other, I was charged $46.00 for something I didn’t want. I would not recommend going to this Salon to get your nails done.

Been coming for 3 years and they always get it right!! Love this place. Kimmy at the front desk can handle anything and so helpful, Tommy and Kim on eyebrows … what else can a girl ask for?? My forever spot for my daughter and I ♥️
