Such an energetic atmosphere for kids to WORK OFF STEAM! Teaching them respect, team work, self defense & strength control. Enjoy observation. Entertaining as well!

They currently only have the two adult classes the main one is Adult Combative which I think is for ages 14 and up (I may be off on the age). They do have a Women's Empowerment class once a week as well for women only.
