The store in Independence is much better than the one on Gladstone. Much larger selection and the shelves are mostly full. But it really needs to be updated inside like the one in Gladstone.

Say it was an exciting afternoon and a very adventurous fortuitous journey to the Big lots customer service was excellent ladies in the checkout or divine crisis were good the flow don't you know was beyond the status quo I highly recommend this joint so you need to make a move get down with the groove come out to the Big lots

Store was clean, no wait at checkout, shelves and inventory were stocked. Did not have SD cards. There's plenty of options for headphones and speakers and shelving space dedicated to holding them all. Would like to have seen more variety in the electronics options.

They don't honor the marked price. Cashier said prices are going up cuz of inflation so you're just out of luck because the price that you're paying is not the price that the item is marked.
