It has been a long time since I have received this good of customer service. Nice when you call, gets you in quick, nice when you arrive, and then is quick on the repair! I was thoroughly pleased. The girls at the counter are the best I've seen in forever, I was a receptionist for years and lately customer service is lacking. They are very friendly and caring. Thank you guys so much for taking some of the stress off my back!

Do not use this company. They don’t believe in ethical business practices. I ordered a window from them so that I could install it myself. They gave me the entirely wrong window for another vehicle and the wrong side of the vehicle. I went to return it and they have a no return policy. Even though it was a error on their part by giving me the wrong one. Even after specifying 3 times what window I needed from the jump. This is literally the most pathetic thing I have ever seen in a business and this company has no moral values in customer/client consumption. The store manager literally said I don’t care what u do with that window but I can’t return it. He also stated that the district manager would give me a call and never did call me.. All other window companies have return policies because I called around.

I highly recommend you take your auto glass repair needs to any other company you can find. I attempted to get a quote for a friend, and just because I was unaware of her zip code (which by the way, if we are coming to the shop the zip code should be irrelevant) she refused to give me a quote, was very disrespectful, then hung up on me. I tried contact the district manager, and got sent to 2 or 3 different places before being told he’s on vacation (you’d think someone would be aware of that), I received his email, and never heard back from him. Terrible customer service. I’m in the car business, I’d never lose business over something as silly as an irrelevant zip code. Do NOT come to Auto glass now. If I could put no stars, I would

Second time visiting for auto glass repair,last year they replaced my driver side back window. Haven’t had issues since! Rock cracked my windshield on the highway and they were able to replace the whole thing the same day it happened. Will continue to come here.
