Went to go to Verizon so they could fix the issue with my phone. Showed up at 4:58 doors are locked. Sign on store door says open until 6pm. Very disappointed with this location.

We had an automobile charger end get wet during a rainstorm and it had set off a warning. Me being that guy decided I could fix it. Not only did I not fix it I created an array of problems. Then I went to Verizon Store in New London NH. Were were so lucky to have a wonderful person named Tessa who was such a pleasure to work with. She was able to take care of all the issues I had unknowingly caused. Your store is lucky to have such a wonderfully pleasent and knowledgeable member on your staff. Be very very careful when buying from this store. i purchased three phones two years ago. after listening to complaints about how the bill was, I finally took over the bill. Come to find out that they put the insurance on all the phones without permission. for two years I have been paying for this, so the sales person gets the commission.

This store is one of the worst Verizon stores in the country. The service is terrible, and the management is worse. I purchased a Google Pixel 3 here and the whole event took over four hours (and days to resolve the issues they created). The retail associate messed up the transaction and the setup so it had to be completely started over. They also tried to scam me out of $400 off the phone. They made me purchase the phone for full price without telling me about the deal, and when I went back in to get the deal applied to my account, the manager told me that it would be fraud for me to get the promotion applied. The reason that he gave was because of the way that THEY had set up the new phone for me. After hours on the phone with customer service representatives, the issue was resolved and I got the $400 off my Pixel. In the process of resolving this issue, customer service made a three-way call with myself and the associate who sold me the phone. The associate got frustrated and hung up on us. I have heard and experienced nothing but terrible service at the New London Verizon store. I am glad to have my issues resolved now, but I strongly recommend you go to the next closest outlet for anything you could possibly need.

Down load the My Verizon app on your phone. You can pay your bill with out having to even leave your house.
Call customer service and have the travel pass put on you account for the time your on the trip
yes it should as long as your on the right plan you should be fine to use it.
Set up the my Verizon app and you can do auto pay set up from there
