We went for Father's Day so I can say it was very busy. A little more noisy than usual I imagine. The food was outstanding. The beef was topnotch. Sides were plentiful, horseradish was perfect traditional We had the KC strip and prime rib. The service was good in as much as they always made everything right. There was a lot of mistakes though. They got my wife's two sides wrong. Replaced them though. Clearly our order sat for too long and was less than piping hot. The "loaded" baked potato was not really loaded, especially for an expensive steak house. All in there was less than two tablespoons of cheese, bacon, and sour cream. The pricing was strange too. They did not have a surf and turf option. You are forced to buy the 6 oz lobster tail a la carte which means the price of a third meal without the meal. Her main course ran better than 70 bucks. They advertised free dessert for Father's Day and we ordered that as well as the soup to take home. Turns out the dessert we wanted was not on the list of free dessert so that was another 9 bucks. She did offer to give me another free dessert from the list to take home and when we broke into it later I had two carrot cakes. Oh, and they didn't honor the daily special so we paid full price for the prime rib. When you step back it looks like the negatives outweighed the positives. The food was so good I might be willing to take that one hour drive again.

For a party of five we ordered a variety of steaks. We had reservations for 7pm and had a fantastic server. All of the side dishes were tasteful and were served hot. I have always enjoyed this particular restaurant for its food and service. Highly recommended for dates and special occasions

Sirloin is huge portion but little chewy. Fish and chips were okay. The breading on the fish had no seasoning or taste. The tarter sauce wasn't anything special and lacked seasoning too. Not many vegetarian options so if you don't like salmon you're really limited. Chocolate martinis were perfect! One of the best I've had. Bartenders are great and service was top notch. Oh and loved the French fries. As far as food quality goes it was a 10.

The atmosphere is cold and kind of sterile with bright white led bulbs. We were initially seated in some back room where we asked to be moved. The steaks were fine but for $100 a plate, there are far better restaurants in KC.

They had tall partitions between the tables.
Yes. My daughter had the CHB filet and she loved it!
Last time I was at at Hereford was about 23 years ago where I got engaged to my Wife at that time. I remember it being a white building in Kansas City which I thought was the only one...

Yes they have pivate rooms. As far as Cost. Think it depends on how many people
They have to go boxes if you can't eat everything, so I assume they do carryout
