I always think mix ups can be a way to earn a customer or lose one, and the team at Tide Cleaners did the former. I have been a customer here for a couple of years now and when I went to pickup, there was a mix up. No one's fault. While I waited it was clear the team cared and I could tell they were doing everything they could to make the situation right. In the end some patience goes a long way and I felt taken care of. Thank you team, well done and see you next time.

A+, 100%, above and beyond my wildest expectations. My 18 yr old Senior in HS nephew had Homecoming this same day/evening. We thought we had everything ready to go. He is on the football team and played Friday evening. Saturday at 11:15 he informed me his suit (pants and jacket) were not on hangers on his closet. The suit was in the other clothes and had slipped off the hangers and was in the floor. Seeing the suit I panicked. It was clean etc but wrinkled beyond my help. I called this Tide cleaners asking of they had a steamer or suit/pants press. Lori, was so kind when I called but it being about 11 30 now, she said they had turned the steamer off for the day (this is Sat at almost noon...what did I expect, right). I replied ok and asked if she knew of store, cleaners or tailor that could help me. She said to hold on a minute. She came back and said they will turn the steamer back on if I could get there as soon as I could. I almost started crying with relief. This doesn't happen anymore. It has been years since I have been treated this way. They actually cared. I had explained I didn't want my nephew to go to his senior Homecoming in a wrinkled suit. I was and am still in shock of how well I was treated. Most (all other) places would have said, "no our steamer is shut down for today " and hung or or side sorry then hung up. I know this is long. All in all IT ENDED WELL. They treated me like a life long customer to press a suit. I will not ever forget how well I was treated (my 18 yr old nephew won't either). All this they did for me to press a suit. I will never go to any other cleaner nor will my big extended family. I am forever grateful.

A Bob and his entire staff went above and beyond to get my suits cleaned in record time. This is one of the few shops where all cleaning and pressing is done on-site, and they were exceptional in service and quality of work! I would femininely recommend this team. Thank you Bob!
