While visiting from Hawaii we went to this Fazolis and had the best customer service experience we have had in a long while. We were greeted by Cristi who was working cashier. She took out order and made suggestions for us when we asked about the menu. Perfect recommendation Cristi! We had been to other Fazoli locations before but none compare to the customer service she provided.

Great as far as a quick-service chain goes. Fast drive-through even for multiple orders. Good selection, too. The bread sticks are awesome.

David is such an amazing worker before I even got the chance to open the door he ran to it to open for me he then proceeded to lay on the ground and let me walk on top of him so I wouldn't get my new shoes dirty. When I told him I forgot my dentures he chewed my food for me. When I told him I was ready to leave he picked me up and carried me to my car and told me he loved me and to have a goodnight. 10/10 would eat there again

During this time, we are taking extra steps and precautions to keep our guest safe. All our staff wear face masks and gloves. We have hand sanitizer, and stickers on the floor to mark six feet of distance. Switching to individually packaged plastic forks and knives. Employees are also taking extra precautions with sanitizing. Even the handle on the front door will be cleaned every hour. We offer contactless delivery and pickup, you can order directly through our Fazoli's Rewards App.
My husband works for Fazolies u would have to call and ask hes a manager there sorry I dont know how much deliver is.
