Excellent place . Adam was very professional and helped me even put in an extra item. The computer runs now smooth. And i waited very little. So glad i gave this place a chance before i went on to buy a "new one" they do charge the initial "diagnostic run" but its worth it. And they will call you , if you want to go through with the work. Or fix or replacement it..... Or not. Excellent place.. !!!i will come here again for any issues or fix.

I brought in a laptop thay needed a new front cover since the glue thay holds the screen onto the cover wore away over time. It can be a tricky repair, but they replaced the front cover with no problem. Cost a little over a hundred bucks, which I would say is well worth it to support a local business over a bigger repair service like Geek Squad that would charge nearly twice that. I've gone there I believe 3 times now for laptop repairs and such, and I keep coming back for a good reason! Thanks guys!

After going there they may seem completely real and may help you out in some ways but I brought my computer in because it was having trouble charging. I told them I had recently changed the graphics card as well. I had to wait a week for a response. They said the entire motherboard would have to be replaced costing nearly 1200 dollars. This was crap because I did the research, a new motherboard for my pc would only cost 500-600 dollars. Next I brought it home and tried the old graphics card in it and looked to see if it would charge. Voila. It charged. And they expected me to give them 1200 dollars for motherboard replacement.
