Not worth the time to even deal with this vet. She's completely out of it half the time and doesn't pay attention. Vet tech kept telling us we should order our medication off of Chewy. Meanwhile, it's a controlled substance. Not only do we have to get the medicine from a pharmacy, we have to pick up the prescription for it from the vet. For years, this woman was making us go every month to pick it up when she could have written a 3 month prescription and saved us some time. The last straw was when we couldn't get to the clinic to pick up the prescription, I tried to go to their mobile clinic to pick it up. I drove 40 minutes out of my way and when I got there, there was no one. I circled the parking lot several times, as well as the neighborhood. No one. No phone number to call because the main clinic was closed. I'm thinking someone told us wrong information and they won't admit it. Later, when I drove to the clinic to get the prescription, I had to ask SEVERAL times where they were that day. The vet tech just kept saying "there" in this sarcastic tone. Liar number one. When I finally asked the vet, she said "at the back door." Ok, at the back door at a golf course. You were on the green. Liar number two. I can't even give her the benefit of the doubt, because that very day she told us she was finally going to give us a 3 month prescription so that we would have time to find a new vet (we were moving); turned around and handed us a 1 month prescription and didn't even sign it. The pharmacist had to call her and verify she had even written it. I have since switched vets and not had any problems with getting prescriptions for 3 months. Also, I don't even pay that much more to have a vet that is at least coherent. The idea of this being low-cost is really a joke. I'll pay the extra $25 to see someone who is lucid enough to sign a piece of paper and save my time.

We took our dog to be euthanized and they have us waiting for more than an hour after the appointment time. They did not show any empathy with us and prolonged our pain. When we express our disappointment the doctor said that she had puppies waiting for two hours. I guess our dying dog did not represent any business.

I came in there with my pup who has allergy issues, Dr. Atkinson was very informative and nice. She was honest with me about her services and making it known that even though it may be expensive, it was best for my pup. I will continue to go to her ❤️
